The Journal Vichar Manthan - National Research Journal of Political Science and Public Administration (A Peer Reviewed Journal) invites original contributions for the journal. The write-up shall be in the form of Research Articles., Research Articles Should not exceed word limit of 3,000 words including notes, references and tables. Letters to the Editor are also encouraged reacting upon the articles published. English articles should be in work 2000 format, 12 font, times new roman, with 1.5 spacing, Marathi & Hindi articles should be in 14 font Original Shree lipi and ISM - DVB-TT Surekh with 1.5 spacing. Hard copy and soft copy version of the contributions are essential for the processing of the articles. Along with hard copy, two self-addressed envelopes (size 9 x 6 inches) with necessary postage must be sent. Soft copy can be sent via email to vicharmanthanjournal@gmail.com  Research articles must also carry an abstract of at least 100 words. Notes and references should be given at the end of the articles. Paper should not have been simultaneously submitted to another journal or print. If the paper had appeared in another journal we will appreciate if the reference is made to that effect. Papers of immediate relevance, refl ecting upon contemporary issues, and form the perspective of the marginal, the depressed, or the subaltern, the voiceless with an interdisciplinary perspective will be given priority for publication. The selection of the articles for publication is done through an independent peer committee.

1. Editing of the research journal is processed without any remittance. The Selection and publication is done after recommendation of subject expert Refree.
    

2. Thoughts, Language vision and example in published research paper are entirely of author of research paper. It is necessary that both editor and editorial board are satisfied by the research paper. The responsibility of the matter of research paper is entirely of author.
    

3. Along with research paper it is compulsory to sent Membership form and copyright form.
    

4. In any condition if any National/ International university denies to accept the research paper published in the journal then it is not the responsibility of Editor, Managing Editor, Publisher and Management.
    

5. Before re-use of published research paper in any manner, it is compulsory to take written acceptance form Managing Editor unless it will be assumed as disobedience of copyright rules.
    

6. All disputes concerning the journal will be settled in the court of Jalgaon, Maharashtra.
    

7. The research journal will be sent by normal post. If the journal is not received by the author of research paper then it will not the responsibility of Editor and publisher. The amount or registered post should be given by the author of research paper. It will be not possible to sent second copy of research Journal.
    

8. Authors are requested to follow the author’s Guide lines Content Chief Editor.
    

9. Paper Accepted in Marathi, Hindi, English Languages.
